Very Astute Agent

We were very happy with the service provided by Todd and the crew at BSRE. I had a few agents come to appraise our block of land, and yet Todd had a significantly better gauge of the market, along with a sound rationale for what the block was worth, the market demand and what a buyer could do with the land. His knowledge and astuteness was driven by his own first hand experience of strata subdivision. The land sold quickly as soon as Todd's team had applied their excellent marketing, it didn't even need to be advertised on the street or in their window. They did an excellent job and we would use them again.
